Bad luck never ceases! The bees bike had a punctured tyre just now after dinner. All I heard was this loud popping sound of a balloon and the bee slowed down and parked his bike at the corner to inspect.

He asked me, "What was that ah? Is it from the bike?"

And I really didn’t know. But if it was, it would only have been a punctured tyre from the sound of it. So the bee inspected it a while and said it should be ok. And I hoped it was just something we ran over instead.

The bee continued to ride through SLE and later complained there was difficulty in turning his handle bar. He stopped by the road shoulder to inspect it the second time. Seems ok to us but we have no idea what’s happening.

The bee then sent me home straight as he was worried there is some problem with the bike. I told him to go to Esso at Jalan Kayu to check out the tyre.

And lucky he did. It was really a punctured tyre. The bee said there was a slit at the front tyre and air kept escaping when he tried to pump in more. So he decided to leave his bike at the petrol kiosk and take a cab home.

The lucky thing was that he didn’t try to ride all the way back to Tampines because the tyre might run out of air halfway on the express way which isn’t something anyone would wanna experience.

But the unlucky thing is there isn’t any towing at this hour to bring the bike back to the workshop. What’s worse is that tomorrow is Vesak Day! Which also means it’s a public holiday. Which also means that the workshop would not be open tomorrow.

How unlucky right. So means he has to wait till the following day to send bobo bike to the workshop. Poor bee has to take a cab to work tomorrow morning.

What else is there in stored for me? Tomorrow is the last day of the month of May. I must think of some way to go TF by tomorrow if not there isn’t any 20% discount! Or should I just wait? Maybe there’ll be that sale again where members have 30% off? Even better than 20% which is a birthday month some more!

Should I wait or should I just buy something? Oh dear, how! I’m so stucked again! I don’t think their clothes will change so fast right? Come on, it’s TF lehh! Money money money. Someone give me money.

Luckily for me, I’ve been out the whole of yesterday so I’ve not been so bored. I met Ting, Angel, Queksy and Zeekee Bong Bong! We went to Ikea for meatballs and wings! So darn nice. Thanks to Ting for cutting our wings and the Bong who so very nice, cut my meatballs in halves for me. (only after I splashed sauce on myself)

We went Ikea shopping for Tings birthday stuffs. Don’t get me wrong, we’re not buying things like furniture from Ikea for Ting’s birthday present. We were looking for cutleries to use on her birthday. Yeahh we will be flying kites and having a picnic on her birthday!

It’s interesting because I’ve never picnic-ed ever in my life nor flew a kite. Doesn’t it sound like deprived childhood. Well Ting bought the cutleries which are so cute. They’re colourful forks, spoons and knives. Jocelyn paid for the glasses which are white wine glasses. And of course, the birthday girl has a special glass of her own. Haha. And in her favourite colour BLUE.

So I met the bee after Ikea and we went for dinner. I had Pigs Organ Soup Rice at Geylang! I missed that so much when I was in US! So yummy! That reminds me of Angel telling me she loves Pigs Organ Soup too. Only that she only orders pork in it without the pigs organs. Kinda lame right because it’s called Pigs Organs Soup and duh, there should be pigs organs in it. Ting’s another funny fella. She says she loves kway chap. But she only orders the Tau pok, Tofu and egg to go with her kway. OMG! Another funny fella. But as long as they like can already la.

So that filled my whole day yesterday. The day before I went back to SGH for my first review. It’s so damn shit-ass because I only saw the doctor for 5 mins where he gave that kinda heck-care attitude like, "Ok, your hand is ok. Just do some exercise, eat your medicine. Next week come back to remove the stitches. Which day you want? 5th or 6th? Anything also can."

So anything? So I asked if I could have the 4th of June instead because the bee has an appointment too on that day at SGH. And he was like, "oh you want 4th ah, ok la also can." Then I left the room and went to change my bandage. Guess the total cost of that 5 min conversation with the doctor? Over SGD80!

Crazy. But the total bill was SGD100 over because the changing of bandage costs SGD16 plus. No wonder doctors earn so much. Here’s a picture of the stitches I took while the big bandage was out.

Nice swollen fingers. Yucks. Thank God it’s better now.

Well, I don’t have Leisy Peisy’s nice camera to do the Macro Focus on my fingers so it looks so blur. It’s only a lousy N70 2 Megapixel camera ok. Don’t be so bad la.

Ohh leisy peisy’s nice camera. Thanks to ah ming then did we realised the function of Macro Focus. Haha! Remember those shots of the lady bugs. So nice! Like a professional photographer.

Oh ya! Speaking of those lady bugs, I thought it was supposed to change my luck and be lucky now after it flew off from my fingers. Yeahh yeahh, one lady bug’s not strong enough to vade off those thick black clouds.

Anyway friendster says I’ve uploaded 50 photos on my blog this month already (nonsense!) so I won’t be putting pictures till next month. Which is coming! Just a week away anyway.

I’ve been browsing through clothes online and I feel so angry that I don’t see those styles in Taipei. Maybe I didn’t dig hard enough because Taipei’s clothes there are a bit like shit. Hafta dig for gold like TF. And maybe because some of the prices are not to my liking. Like NT390 to NT450 for an average top. It’s not exactly very expensive considered to Singapore but I just keep thinking of Bangkok. Bangkok has a million times nicer and cheaper tops than Taipei. So maybe that was what held me back from buying clothes there.

It’s not exactly very cheap to purchase those clothes online, but it’s reasonable. A bit like TF prices. Maybe a bit more expensive than TF because there’s discount at TF. But the clothes are Taipei style.

Anyway so what if the online shopping is cheap or TF is cheap? I have no money to spare for clothes already. I’m not going to work for a few weeks which means I have to use my money wisely now. Cannot anyhow spend you know! But somehow I feel bad if I don’t get anything from TF now that there’s 20% off this month. How?

I have more than enough clothes. Really more than enough accessories. Actually I haven’t even wore some accessories I bought from Bangkok till now. Don’t really like ma. So why do I keep wanting to buy new clothes? The clothes are too nice! Or too cheap! If I don’t get it now, I might not get it anymore!

I’ve been home every single day for the past 2 days thanks to my hand. Why did the glass have to break! Just smack my hand is good enough. Bloody cut, bloody blood, bloody stitches!

Now I’m stuck at home wondering what to do everyday. If it wasn’t my hand (maybe my leg or something), I could do a lot of things at home!

For example, I can clean up my room which is still in a total mess since the day I returned from US and Taipei. Clothes are all over my bed and chair. Ok not really ALL OVER but it’s just on my bed and chair and it’s piling up day after day. My luggage is not fully unpacked. My closet is still over flowing with clothes that I’m unwilling to discard. My bags are everywhere. I have too many bags but no where to store them. My magazines are all over my table cuz there isn’t any more space on my magazine book shelf and likewise for my clothes, I am unwilling to discard my magazines.

So, if my hand wasn’t hurt I could have cleaned up my room. But NOOOOO! I can’t. So what do I do everyday? Sleep till 3pm, use the computer, try to find nice shows on TV. Is that all I can do?

Another thing I could do to spare me from boredom is to play the piano. But let me ask you now, HOW AM I TO DO THAT NOW? My whole freaking hand is in a bandage with stitches on it and I can’t bend my index and middle finger. Very nice. My Final Fantasy pieces! Noooo!

Another thing which is my last resort to boredom is to play Audition! But let me ask you again now, HOW AM I TO DO THAT? I need both hands on the keyboard. And I need to type the notes out with my right (injured) hand. So means I can’t play Audition as well. So what can I do now?

Crying my heart out! Somebody tell me what can I do at home to spare me from bored tears. Please. I cannot take it anymore! I’m not a homely person! I better meet the bee more often then. Only way to get out of the house.

Anyway, tomorrow’s my review at SGH. They would help change my bandage dressing and see how the wound’s healing with the bloody stiches of course. At least I can go out of the house.

Okie, trying to find some interesting things to do now. If I can’t I might just try to go sleep? Loser.

I just got stiked by lightning from the black clouds. Trust me, I’ve never been so unlucky for 2 consecutive days.

The day before yesterday which was Thursday, I met Queksy and Ting for facial, met Zeekee after that for BUFFET SUSHI! Then went dinner with Angel, Huiru, Chee, Queksy and Zeekee. So it was a lovely day. But the black clouds started to drizzle rain on me. My straw bag that I bought from Taipei which I loved, broke! I mean the strap came off. And it’s not as if my bag is heavy like Leisy Peisy’s bag! Muhahaha! So I was pissed. But Queksy placed a safety pin there to hold it up and it was fine.

Then it started to rain on me when the cute little Anna Sui look alike mirror which i also bought from Taipei broke! It dropped on the floor when I was taking something out of my bag. It cracked! Nooooo! It can’t be used anymore. I specially brought it out that day so I could use it. And SHIT happens. Nabei. Threw it away! Very heart breaking!

So that day I was just drenched in the rain from my black clouds. There was more to come. Which was yesterday! My first day back to work at Raffles. It was a great day as I was very free. All I did for the whole afternoon was to put the number plates on the tables, put the menus on the tables, pour the milk in the milk jugs and butter in the butter dish before I went for break. After the break, I only placed the breads in the bread boats and waited till the guests arrived.

I was taking the main table and so they were just chatting away so I didn’t need to serve them drinks. When all was seated, first course was served. Everything was a breeze. Till it came to the clearing part!

LIGHTNING STRIKED ME!!!!!!!!

I was placing the tray with the dirty GLASS plates at the clearing area and I didn’t place it properly. The whole tray overturned and the glass plates fell unto my hand and it shattered on my hand. But I didn’t know that my hand was hurt. I only felt it was abit bruisy.

Then, the stewarding uncle shouted at me after I apologised for breaking the plates. He said,

"GIRL! YOUR HAND IS BLEEDING! YOUR HAND!"

Yeahh and sure enough it was bleeding. It’s not those kinda normal cut kinda bleed. I tell you, it was bad. My blood was dripping all over the floor! So sick!

The staffs from Raffles Grill saw it and came to my rescue. They gave me tons of paper napkins and iodine to apply on the wound. Then my manager came with a napkin and took me straight to security to report.

I changed out of my uniform with the help of the female security and handed straight to SGH. My wound was all dried up just waiting for the doctor. So darn slow! I felt giddy and felt like I wanted to faint! My manager said my lips were pale.

So scary! Then I went for a minor surgery to get out some glass pieces in the wound and stitch it up. It was damn pain when the doctor injected the anesthesia in my fingers. He said, " it’ll be slightly painful, just like an ant bite".

NO IT WASN’T!!!!!! IT WAS FREAKING PAIN!!!!!!

I’m scared of the needles! And what’s worse was that he had to inject me 5 times cuz he had to numb 3 different areas. KANASAI! Very pain!

Anyway, everything’s ok now. My hand’s protected by the bandage. But I can’t work for weeks. Which means no money for me. Sobs. Shit does happen. Maybe because I broke the mirror? Who knows. Bad luck. Black clouds.

Now I’m just bumming around at home. How sad. Pathetic craphole.

I’m back in Singapore! Yayy! I was back about 2 days ago but only managed to update today. Since the day I landed, I headed straight to the bees house and drop some food stuff from Taipei for him and his family.

Then we rested till the evening and had dinner with Chee Bong. So many things happened in just one month when I was away overseas! So happening but interesting. Chee Bong and the bee chatted away as I was listening too about his problems. From dinner till almost 1am we were going on and on and on!

Luckily Chee Bong managed to catch the last bus 111 back home. He wanted to take a cab actually. Ohhh but lucky him! Then the bee sent me home and with my luggage still with him. So obviously it was too late for me to unpack my stuff that night. (Which was already morning)

I decided to unpack it the next day which was yesterday. But sadly, I didn’t. I was too tired! I slept till almost 5pm! And I had so many things to do like wash my dirty clothes and wipe my floor! MY FLOOR IS FREAKING DUSTY! No cleaning for the whole month! I had my dusty bed sheets to wash etc.

So I decided to unpack today. And sadly, I STILL HAVEN’T UNPACK! I set the alarm at 12noon for me to wake up and do my stuffs. But I don’t know why I’m still so tired! My whole body’s aching. So i continued to sleep through till it was 2pm and woke up for lunch.

I washed my bedsheets at that time and now, I’m still waiting for it to finish washing because there was some problem with it! It just jam when it was rinsing. DAMN YOU! Now look at the time? It’s almost 8pm! Who bloody hangs the sheets up at this time?

Anyway, I could be a good girl and tidy up and unpack my stuff while waiting for the machine to finish washing. But what did I do? I was slacking on my bed because suddenly I felt very sleepy again! What’s wrong with me? I’m just tired all the time!

I fell asleep till around 5pm where I went to check on my sheets and where I found out some error with the washer! So now, it’s about to finish washing. Smelly machine! It’s almost dinner time now. Going to eat soon and later I would be meeting the bee.

So the conclusion is that even after 2 days I’ve landed, I’ve still not unpack my stuffs. MY CLOSET IS SO FULL EVEN BEFORE I CAN PUT ANYTHING IN! So how can I unpack? I must really clear it up first. Throw those that I don’t want anymore. But it’s kinda sad to do that really. I HAVE GAN QING with it already lehh!

Nevermind, I’ll clear my closet tmr. Hopefully. I must already la. Unless I’m all achy pechy all over like today again. Going for dinner now! Finally everything’s back to my normal lifestyle in Singapore! Though I do miss Oklahoma a bit. =( *sobs*

Woots! It’s almost 2:30am here now and I’ll be flying at 6:20am later! FINALLY I’m going to Taipei! So darn exciting. I’ll miss good old oklahoma! It really is nice here too. But, Taipei will be better!

Flying off in like another few hours time. We have to leave here by 4am like that. So which means I only have few hours to rest.

So excited! Gonna really miss the nice scenery and weather here. Update in a bit. When I reach Taipei! Yeahh~ EXCITED!

Today was the first day of Environmental Science module. I tell you I could just cry. Bored to tears my gosh! It’s like back to primary and secondary school science again! I just hate science! Though I scored a B3 for O’s, but I really do SUCK BIG TIME in science. I was just lucky I guess.

Luckily, tomorrow we might be going to a field trip! Yayyness! I love field trips! See the nice scenery! Hopefully we’ll be able to go. Class really is boring. The lecturer talks real slow. And he enjoys playing with his chalk. Very distracting. Oh ya I forgot to say that OCU uses black chalk boards! So old school man. It’s so primary school! I haven’t seen a chalk board in ages.

But he’s trying his best to "entertain" us. Not bad a try. Sometimes he does say something lame that makes the class burst out laughing. But still, I feel sleepy sleepy in his class. Too boring till my brain rejects all information.

Yesterday there was a big dinner held at Laurence’s room where everyone of our class gathered there to cook and eat and play games. Well, it was only Leisy, Ping Pong and Phuong who cooked dinner. I was sleeping. Hehh.

So we had nice broccoli, pasta, nuggets, chips and SOUP! We also had Kai who fried rice which looked like fried porridge instead because the rice was too wet. But it tasted ok. Just like how fried rice would taste just in the porridgy texture.

We played games after dinner. Very fun. We played the "drinking" game. I really have no idea what they call it. It’s like we can’t say the words drink, drank or drunk. And we would have a polka card deck with us where each person each round has a card. The numbers 1-5 means the person could choose someone to drink the number on the card of gulps of water from the centre.

In the game, we cannot POINT or MENTION other peoples name. So lucky me, I can just call Leisy "Leisy"! Anyway, it’s not her name! Whoever mentioned someones name or points at anyone has to take a gulp from the glass.

And actually quite a bit of rules. Don’t really wanna say all. Gets a bit boring explaining it. It’s more fun playing it! Yeahh!

Then we played "Hunter and Bear" and also "Murderer". It’s been so long since we played such games. And it’s always fun when we play in big groups. Felt so much like Church camp again. Miss the old fun I used to have during Church camps.

So anyway things are fine over here. I’ve been enjoying myslef so far. But I still miss Singapore and my Bobo bee!

Going to sleep soon. Or maybe will give Bobo bee a call if I can. Nights!

I’ve graduated! Or some sort like that. We had our graduation ceremony today. It’s like darn cool la. It was held in the basketball court of the school and it looked like an indoor stadium. Real neat. Wonder how they did that. Our graduation day you know!

It’s like so exciting! I’ve never experienced anything like this before! The band played as we walked in and took our seats. Then we had to open with their national anthem and there was this long talk.

It got a bit boring though I feel asleep. I was so tired! Then there was some performances by EX-OCU students who are quite old right now. Maybe say 40s to 50s?

We did our ceremony right after. We had to write our names on a card the way we want to be called out. And we would pass this card to the speaker and he would read our names out.

The graduation robe and all is like so cool because everyone in the whole school is wearing it! Not only my class, but the whole school! Yes, I mean all the ang-mohs and all. So cool right!

Feels so American. Duhh, I am in America. But it really is so so so darn cool. What an experience. We got this small collar pin thingy and also the "certificate". I still have one more module to do back in Singapore. After that, I would be considered FULLY GRADUATED.

We went to WalMart after graduation and bought some stuffs. We had SPAGHETTI for dinner. It was real nice. Yummy! Tomorrow is Sunday so I will be sleeping my day away! Woohoo!

I’ve not called the bee for quite some time. Maybe if I can wake up early tomorrow around 8am or something, I MUST call the bee. Miss him lehh. =D

Anyway, going to take my shower now. Yes I know it’s very late. So I’m going now. Will update soon. Bloody lots of photos but can only upload 50 a month. Sighs.

Going to play audition after my bath. Yeahh, it’s been a long time! Nights.

Today went very well for our 30 minute show. Very nice! For what I know I think there isn’t any cock ups. Thank God! We did 2 practices before we went into the actual show.

The first practice was quite ok but when we went to the second one, I had on air camera movements! Oh shucks! I thought I was on camera 2 when actually I was on 3 and I told camera 3 to zoom in!

Luckily it was only practice. The actual one was very good! Lucky no mistakes. I’m really going to miss TV production! It had been so fun these 5 days. Time really flies when you’re having fun.

The whole show will be burned and given to us on Monday. Can’t wait for it to come out so we I can see! We would also be graded on it. So pray hard for good results! TEAMWORK!

The next module I would be having next week would be Environmental Science. Guess we’ll be going a lot of places. Hope it’ll be interesting. But STILL, I’ll miss TV production lots! It’s so FUNNN!!! =`(

Tomorrow we’ll be having the Graduation Ceromony already! Going to wear that gown and all! So exciting. Actually I already took a picture of myself wearing that already. See!
